12 Volt Use...

If you have adequate 12V power then you can used these products on the road or in the field. Amjo believes that the inverters on this page will work well with Thermotex products.

We do suggest that you test these inverters on simple light bulbs or similar items before connecting to expensive electronic/electrical equipment.

THIS ADVICE IS APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE USA/CANADA WITH 110V/60Hz Power

Radio Shack offer what are called 'inverters'. These are devices that convert DC (Typical Car/Vehicle/Trailer Power) to AC to run small electrical appliances such as lap top computers and other 115V appliances that folks want to travel with.

Many folks ask us about using a Thermotex pad in their car or truck. It's easy, just head down to Radio Shack.
